At Lasso Kosher Grill, our connection to food begins long before it reaches the grill. Surrounded by farmland and rooted in the traditions of Argentinian open-fire cooking, we believe that great flavor starts with great ingredients — especially fresh vegetables grown close to home.
Our kitchen works hand-in-hand with L'Chaim Farms. Through our partnership with L’Chaim Farms, we are actively expanding our farm-to-table vegetable program, incorporating more produce that is grown right here on the farm into our menu. This collaboration allows us to harvest vegetables at their peak and bring them straight from the soil to the plate.
Just as the open fire grill is a symbol of traditional outdoor cooking in agricultural communities, the vegetables we serve reflect the same spirit. From seasonal harvests to freshly picked greens, our goal is to celebrate the natural flavors that only farm-grown produce can offer.
Together, L’Chaim Farms and Lasso Kosher Grill are building a shared vision: a place where agriculture and cooking meet, where the fire, the field, and the table are all part of the same story. Our commitment is to continue growing this relationship with the land — bringing more fresh vegetables, more seasonal ingredients, and a deeper farm-to-table experience to every guest who visits.
