At Lasso Kosher Grill, our connection to food begins long before it reaches the grill. Surrounded by farmland and rooted in the traditions of Argentinian open-fire cooking, we believe that great flavor starts with great ingredients — especially fresh vegetables grown close to home.
Our kitchen works hand-in-hand with L’Chaim Farms. Through this partnership, we are actively expanding our farm-to-table vegetable program, incorporating more produce grown right here on the farm directly into our menu. This collaboration allows us to harvest vegetables at their peak and bring them straight from the soil to the plate — ensuring unmatched freshness, quality, and flavor.
We proudly embrace the seasons, using whatever the land offers at its best. Our salads and side dishes feature a rotating selection of farm-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs, depending on availability and season. This includes fresh mangos, avocados, aromatic herbs, and other seasonal produce — and even specialties like grilled pineapple, prepared over our open fire to enhance their natural sweetness.
Just as the open-fire grill is a symbol of traditional outdoor cooking in agricultural communities, the ingredients we serve reflect that same spirit. From seasonal harvests to freshly picked greens, every dish is an expression of the land it comes from.
Together, L’Chaim Farms and Lasso Kosher Grill are building a shared vision: a place where agriculture and cooking come together — where the fire, the field, and the table are all part of the same story. Our commitment is to continue deepening this relationship with the land, bringing more fresh vegetables, more seasonal ingredients, and a richer farm-to-table experience to every guest who visits.
