At LASSO, we believe in slowing down, gathering around the fire, and sharing real moments with the people we love. It’s an experience rooted in our own story. — We’re an Argentinian Jewish family who moved to Florida seven years ago, and ever since, we’ve been looking for a way to bring back what we missed most: our long, joyful asados with family and friends. For us, grilling isn’t just about food. It’s about connection. It’s where we relax, share stories, laugh, and enjoy time together. When the idea for LASSO came to life, we knew we wanted to recreate that feeling — and the farm felt like the perfect place to do it.

A big part of the experience happens around the fire pit, where people gather every day to roast marshmallows and make s’mores. These small, sweet moments bring everyone together — kids, adults, friends, families.

Thursday nights have their own magic at LASSO. As the sun goes down, the lights come on, and live music fills the air. It’s a time to unwind, sing along, or just sit back The music adds a special rhythm to the night — bringing people together, setting the tone, and making every Thursday feel like a little celebration.
